Welcome to SoftDezire! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoftDezire's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Services Provided

SoftDezire provides the following digital services:

  • Professional Resume Design and Creation
  • Portfolio Website Development
  • Custom Website Design and Development
  • E-Billing and Invoice Management Software
3 Project Delivery and Timeline

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or delayed information from clients
  • Additional feature requests beyond original scope
  • Technical limitations or unforeseen circumstances
  • Payment delays from the client side
4 Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is as follows:

  • 50% advance payment before project initiation
  • 50% balance payment upon project completion
  • All prices are negotiable based on client budget
  • Payment methods include UPI, Bank Transfer, and Digital Wallets
  • Final deliverables will be provided after full payment
5 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • Full refund if work has not been started
  • Partial refund if work is in progress (prorated based on completion)
  • No refund once the final deliverable is provided and accepted
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
6 Revisions and Modifications

We offer reasonable revisions based on the service:

  • Resume: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
  • Portfolio/Website: Up to 3 rounds of revisions
  • Billing Software: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
7 Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverable are transferred to the client. However:

  • SoftDezire retains the right to showcase work in portfolio
  • Source code and design files remain property of client after payment
  • We reserve the right to use anonymized case studies
8 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Timely feedback and approvals during project development
  • Making payments as per agreed schedule
  • Obtaining necessary licenses for third-party content
9 Limitation of Liability

SoftDezire shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Issues arising from client-provided content or information
  • Third-party service disruptions beyond our control
10 Support and Maintenance

We provide post-delivery support:

  • 7 days free support after project delivery
  • Bug fixes and technical issues resolved promptly
  • Extended support available at additional cost
  • 24/7 customer service via WhatsApp and email
11 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • Client may cancel project with written notice
  • Work completed until cancellation will be charged
  • Advance payments are non-refundable if work has commenced
  • We reserve the right to terminate for non-payment or misconduct
12 Changes to Terms

SoftDezire reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
